"My Piece of Vienna" in Three Epochs

The Wien Museum, which is about to be completely renovated including an all-round extension, wrapped its 19 fundraising dinner around the claim "My Piece of Vienna", in which the unique Vienna paper model from 1898 may well be called "the star".

Hannah's plan was convincing with the dinner and decoration concept.

We interpreted the years 1898, 1959 and the future, in a menu sequence in an extraordinary way - among other things, we set banquet tables with glassware, cutlery and china during the dinner to match each era.

Our kitchen team around Fabian Bartels created a dinner sequence from 3 eras and surprised with almost forgotten tastes.a formal, yet informal, entertaining evening.
