THE GLITZ - our event rallying cry that sums up the dazzling and sparkling goings-on at the Sushi Temple. Great cinema was guaranteed: already upon arrival á la Hollywood with Vallet Parking and quite a long Red Carpet. In addition to national DJs, a master of the art of Hōchō forging was flown in from Tokyo, who proved on site with incredible blade-sharpening skills that perfectly sharpened knives completely change the taste of food, especially fish.
